Consultation
15 min, free
We sit at the front window with a coffee and look at your hair in actual daylight. No tablet quiz — just a conversation about what's grown out, what's broken, what you're tired of.

Whatever we agreed on at the window — colour, cut, both. Quoted prices stay quoted. Add-ons are only suggested if your hair will genuinely benefit.

We blow it out properly so you actually see what you paid for. If you can't recreate it at home, we'll show you the two products and the one motion that get you 80% of the way.

Two-week check-in
by text
A single text from the salon two weeks in: 'How is it sitting?' If the colour shifted or the cut grew weird, we book a free adjustment. Most months, it's just a thumbs-up back.

Before you book

Rarely — we're a two-chair studio so the calendar is the calendar. Call 613-355-3512 the morning of and we'll tell you honestly if there's a gap.
Up to ten minutes is fine. Past that we may have to shorten the service to protect the next chair — we'll quote the adjusted price before we start.
Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance, no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service to cover the stylist's held time.
A proper finish is included with every cut. A standalone Blowout ($50, 30 min) is for the days you just want to walk in, sit, and walk out feeling photographed.
We focus on women's hair — it's where our stylists trained and where we're best. We're happy to recommend two excellent barbers within walking distance.
Six to eight weeks for a trial, three months on the calendar for the day-of. Peak May–September fills earlier — start the conversation as soon as you've got a date.
